Our online search displays real-time rates and availability from various travel suppliers. Prices shown are per person and based on occupancy and dates entered. Total prices for group bookings are displayed.

Hotel fares, hotel rates, car rentals, tours, cruises, and activity prices are subject to change until purchased. Promotional offers are subject to availability and specific terms. We act as an intermediary agent when securing reservations.

Taxes and Service Fees

Published rates shown in search results and during checkout include taxes, property fees, and other mandatory charges imposed by suppliers and authorities. A nominal service fee is added to cover costs and provide customer support.

Checkout and Payment

Review trip details carefully at checkout before completing payment via credit card or other available methods. By finishing the booking process, you authorize all charges.

Hotels must be fully paid immediately. Hotels typically require a deposit with the balance due before arrival. Vacation rentals require full prepayment. Packages require a 25% deposit initially, with full payment due 60 days before departure.

Confirmations and Travel Documents

Booking confirmations containing itinerary details, e-tickets, and supplier vouchers are issued upon payment. Hotel e-tickets are released once issued by the airline, a process that may take up to 24 hours. Review all documents carefully to ensure accuracy.

Cancellations and Refunds

Supplier policies determine if and when components of a booking can be cancelled or changed, and whether partial or full refunds are possible. EzyGoTravel.com cannot make exceptions. Refer to our cancellation policy for detailed information.
