Age and Identity Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid government-issued ID to make a booking. Some travel products may have specific age requirements for check-in and participation, which will be clearly noted.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all guest information provided, such as names, ages, and identification details, is accurate. Airlines and many other suppliers require that the names exactly match the government-issued IDs used for travel.

Payment Policies

We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Additional secure payment options may also be available. By making a booking, you authorize us to charge your card once we secure your reservations.

Hotels must be paid in full at the time of booking. For hotels, an advance deposit is required, with the remaining balance due before your arrival, as specified. Vacation rentals require full payment upfront.

For customized travel packages, an initial 25% deposit is required, with the final payment for all reserved services due 60 days before departure. Your travel documents will be released only after full payment has been received.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation policies, change fees, and refund eligibility for all travel products are determined by each airline, hotel, tour operator, or other supplier. We do not have the authority to make exceptions to these policies.

Please review cancellation policies carefully before booking. Some rates are non-refundable. Change fees typically apply to hotels, hotel stays, and car rentals if not canceled by the supplier's specified deadlines.

Most reservations can be canceled or changed through your online account, mobile app, or by contacting our support team. Refund processing times may vary.

Booking on Behalf of Others

If you are booking on behalf of other travelers, it is your responsibility to ensure they consent to these terms and conditions. You are financially responsible for all transactions made on their behalf.

To enhance your travel experience, we offer optional trip protection services for vacation packages through our trusted partners. These include:

Travel Insurance - Comprehensive plans that protect against trip interruptions, transportation delays, medical emergencies, baggage issues, and other unforeseen events. Each plan has specific coverage details, limitations, and exclusions.

Rental Car Protection - Options for collision damage waivers and liability insurance for rental cars booked through our service. Coverage details will vary according to the provider's terms.
